Citation Appeal Process

Once a citation is issued to you, an email will be sent advising you have received a citation.

In the email there will be a link to click on in order to view and or appeal the citation.

If the student, faculty or staff member does not open the email, they will continue to receive reminder emails until the appeal time has passed.

  • No appeal will be accepted after five (5) business days from the date the citation was issued.

Appeals for parking and traffic citations are received by the Parking Appeal Board, which is comprised of two student representatives and a faculty or staff member of the University.

The parking appeal process is done strictly online

  • Ample space is given to express your appeal to the parking appeal board
  • There are no in person hearings
  • Once the appeal board has finalized their decision an email will be sent advising the outcome of the appeal.
